HOW WELLBEING SERVICES WORKS

If you have a G.P. in the Southside of Glasgow you can refer to us for treatment. You can do this yourself by visiting our "Virtual Courses" webpage or by phoning us. We also accept written referrals from G.P.'s, CMHT's and external/internal agencies.

Welcome

Our team at Wellbeing is based in the South of Glasgow and consists of psychologists, cognitive-behavioural therapists, specialist mental health practitioners, a guided self-help worker and helpful administration staff.​  

 We offer a variety of self-help materials and courses based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help with all sorts of problems that you may be facing. We also offer brief individual talking therapies if we believe this is the best approach for you.  
 
Throughout this site you will find many helpful resources and tips.
