Before your course starts you need to have completed our CORE-10 questionnaire. You will be asked to complete this again before your final session too.

Zoom

ZOOM

The Wellbeing Services virtual CBT groups are delivered virtually via an internet video-conferencing tool called ‘Zoom’. You can access Zoom via your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

 

We have produced a user guide to help you get set-up and ready to use Zoom for your virtual course. It is important that you read this document and download Zoom before your group starts.

SLIDO FOR WELLBEING COURSES

Slido is an interactive question and answer platform we use as a service to help promote interaction within our sessions. This means we get to hear about the valuable experiences from all members within our groups - which is a great prompt for further discussions and can help us to gain feedback.

​We have produced a Slido user guide and some short videos to help you feel comfortable using Slido within your virtual course.
