Binge eating disorder involves regularly eating large portions of food all at once until you feel uncomfortably full, and then often upset or guilty. Self-help can help you look at what Binge-Eating is, how it can affect you and how to start working on taking back control of your feelings. Our experienced clinicians have prepared the resources below - to help you work towards a better you for a brighter tomorrow.
