Self-referral

SELF-REFER TO
WELLBEING
Complete our online self referral form. The first seven questions are short screening questions to help us check whether our service is the right fit for you. We support adults registered with a GP in the South of Glasgow who are experiencing mild to moderate difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, or stress.

WE REVIEW
YOUR REFERRAL
Once you submit the form, our clinical team will review the information you have provided. If we need further details to understand your needs more fully, we may contact you by telephone, email, or letter, or arrange a short telephone assessment. This helps us ensure that you are offered the most appropriate support for your needs.

AFTER REFERRAL REVIEW
If our service is suitable, you may be offered a therapeutic intervention with us, either on an individual basis or as part of a group. If your needs are better met by another service, we will guide you towards the most appropriate support and provide information to help you access this. If you begin therapy with us, you will be encouraged to practise skills between appointments.

Ongoing Support and Progress
Throughout your work with us, your clinician or group facilitator will support you to monitor changes over time, review progress, and focus on the areas that feel most challenging for you. Support may be provided through individual sessions or group work. You will be encouraged to reflect on what is helpful, develop practical skills, and build confidence.
