The Worry and Anxiety course is designed to help you gain a better understanding of the process of worrying and how this affects the way we feel, think and behave. The course will introduce strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help control worrying and reduce anxiety symptoms.
This course is not open to self-referral. We encourage new clients to consider booking onto our 'No Hard Feelings' course which is an evidence-based group aimed at managing a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety.
