Our Stress and Wellbeing Course will take approximately 2 hours to complete, it is a one-off session. As stress is such a big part of all of our lives this will be available to attend each week. 4 out of 10 people say that stress is a big problem for them. When we are under stress, people (or ourselves) can often tell us to "pull yourself together" or to "just get on with it". If only it were that easy!
Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) you will learn new stress control skills and gain a new perspective on your situation, enabling you to regain control, reduce the intense physical and emotional symptoms and adopt effective strategies that will help you deal with stressful situations with more confidence and ease. Wouldn’t it be good to have a better quality of life?
Time: Monday 1pm-3pm OR Wednesday 5pm-7pm
