Relationships & Mental health
Relationships and Mental Health is a 6-week course designed to help you better manage your relationships. The course will help you to understand the differing factors which influence your relationships. You will also learn about how relationship problems affect your physical and mental health. You will be provided with tools to make positive changes with a view to improving your relationships and your physical and mental wellbeing.
