Mood matters

Mood Matters is an 8 week course, designed to help you overcome depression, with a particular focus on your behaviour and how this can maintain your difficulties. Inactivity and avoidance are very common behaviours in depression and keep the problem going. You will learn how to recognise your own patterns of behaviour and how this links to your mood and be introduced to strategies that will help you to engage with what matters to you in a manageable way and improve your mood.

This course is not open to self-referral. We encourage new clients to consider booking onto our 'No Hard Feelingscourse which is an evidence-based group aimed at managing a wide variety of mental health issues including depression. If you have any questions about this course or are unsure about finding the right support, please get in touch with us on 0141 232 2555.
