The Health Anxiety Course is an 8 week course designed to help you gain a better understanding of health anxiety, and how this can affect the way we think, feel and behave. Techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) will be discussed to help you learn to control your worries around your health.
We will also discuss how you can change the way you respond to your worries and fears by overcoming your reassurance and checking behaviours.
