Coping with Loss is a 6-week course designed to help you manage your grief following a loss or bereavement. The course will help you to understand the difference between normal and abnormal grief.
You will also learn how grief affects not just how you feel but what you think and what you do and you will learn techniques to help you process your grief, to make this difficult time a little easier to manage.
